How lucky can I be?
Like, seriously, the odds are in my favor for once. And I’m so thankful.
To think, he came into my store on a regular basis for a year. A year. And finally we’re talking. He’s one of those cute guys that you watch walk out the door, and think “damn, he’s so cute…” And what’s happening this Thursday? A date. A date, with him. I feel like life is giving me a chance, and I’m gonna take it. I’m just gonna relax, be myself, enjoy my time with him, and see where things go. They already seem to be going so well, and it’s only been a few days. Live in the now, don’t look to where you’ve been. But never forget, for it’s your past that shows you which mistakes not to repeat. And that’s what I shall do. While I do think “don’t fuck things up, don’t fuck things up… Again…” It takes two to a relationship. I can’t put all the blame of the past on my own shoulders.
And, so, I move forward. To a better, brighter tomorrow, hopefully filled with the love of someone by my side… <3
