In two days I will have left this island and be on my way to Oakland, CA.

This is both disheartening and exciting…. I’m hoping for a safe flight home, and just hoping I don’t cry so much I won’t be able to see in front of me. I hope my sister and her boyfriend understand when I say I won’t be having dinner with them when we get back, because I have had that night planned since the moment I left. I can’t wait to be in your arms, you holding me so tight, being able to kiss you again. FINALLY. It’s been so difficult, but we’re finally going to be done with this hurdle. I could not feel more confident about the direction we’re taking this. I’m so happy, so…. Ecstatic. I just can’t wait to see you again. My heart will finally feel whole again, and I’ll be with the one person I’ve missed the most out of these three weeks…
